Our Baby didn’t make it unfortunately. He wasn't eating enough and I tried to help mom out but we were too late maybe getting started and he was just too weak. It was Chalupa’s first Baby so she was new and uncertain possibly. We were really looking forward to watching the little one grow up some before he had to move on. He will be missed and now we will look forward to anther in the future. Next time Chalupa will be more mature and
better prepared than this time as will I. Sorry to have to pass on the bad news I had hoped for many more pictures and video.

Hi Blues~ This is very sad. I grew up on a farm, and I remember that many babies from first moms didn't make it. Maybe it's little body was immaturely formed. I'm sure God has a reason. I bet the next time around Mom will be better prepared. My sympathy to everyone, including Rufus.
Blues, I came here expecting more lovely pictures. It's such a shame that the little one didn't survive. I didn't know this often happened in the animal world.
Oh, so sad. Cross fingers for better luck next time!
